WhenDell J. Washington is the visionary founder and CEO of Axis Defense Group, LLC, bringing a wealth of expertise and leadership to the organization. With 12 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Armed Forces, 15 years of experience in the security industry, and a background in law enforcement contract work, including fugitive recovery, WhenDell has built a career rooted in discipline, strategy, and innovation.

As the company’s leader, WhenDell is responsible for shaping its strategies, vision, and direction. He also oversees critical functions such as marketing, finance, and administration, ensuring Axis Defense Group, LLC consistently delivers exceptional service.

WhenDell’s commitment extends beyond the security field. A disabled combat veteran, he is also deeply involved in his community as the General Manager of a developmental professional football team and the Assistant Wide Receivers Coach for an arena football team. In his downtime, he enjoys co-hosting a football and pro-wrestling podcast with his older brother, reflecting his lifelong passion for sports.
